Snack Ideas for Kids

Fresh fruits can be a hit with children.

Apples, grapes, strawberries, oranges, and bananas can be fixed without

much preparation.  Fruits are a healthy and easy snack kids can grab on

the go.

Carrots, celery, and cucumbers that are cut up are a good snack.

Kids could dip the veggies in a salad dressing.

Cheese sticks are a good snack and don't forget peanut butter and jelly
